What we collect and why:

• Locations you save (home, family places): stored on your device. Sent to our alert service only to compute shaking estimates and deliver relevant alerts. Never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
• Push notification token: required to deliver alerts to your device.
• Felt reports (optional, user-initiated): reported intensity and approximate location (rounded to ~11 km before storage), used to improve earthquake products; may be shared with scientific institutions in aggregate.
• Anonymous alert delivery counts: when an alert is displayed on your device, the app reports the event identifier and how many milliseconds it took to arrive — with no device identifier, no account, and no location. These are aggregated into counters (how many devices an alert reached, and delivery-time statistics) so we can prove alerts are actually being delivered. Aggregate results are visible to anyone in the app under Settings → Alert delivery.
• Family check-in (optional): your display name, status, and — only if you enable it — your location rounded to ~110 m, visible only to members of your family group (identified by a private code).

What we never do: sell personal data; show ads; track you across apps; require an account for life-saving features.

Retention & deletion: saved locations live on your device — uninstalling deletes them. Server-side tokens, felt reports and family data are deleted on request to the contact address.

Children: the app is suitable for general audiences and collects no data specific to children.

Qué recolectamos y para qué:

• Ubicaciones que guardas (casa, lugares de tu familia): se almacenan en tu dispositivo. Se envían a nuestro servicio solo para calcular la intensidad estimada y entregarte alertas relevantes. Nunca se venden, comparten ni usan para publicidad.
• Token de notificaciones: necesario para entregar alertas.
• Reportes de percepción (opcionales): intensidad reportada y ubicación aproximada (redondeada a ~11 km antes de almacenarse), para mejorar los productos sísmicos; pueden compartirse de forma agregada con instituciones científicas.
• Conteos anónimos de entrega de alertas: cuando una alerta se muestra en tu dispositivo, la app reporta el identificador del evento y cuántos milisegundos tardó en llegar — sin identificador de dispositivo, sin cuenta y sin ubicación. Se agregan en contadores (a cuántos dispositivos llegó una alerta y estadísticas de tiempo de entrega) para poder demostrar que las alertas realmente se están entregando. Los resultados agregados son visibles para cualquiera en Ajustes → Entrega de alertas.
• Registro familiar (opcional): tu nombre, estado y — solo si lo activas — tu ubicación redondeada a ~110 m, visible únicamente para tu grupo familiar (identificado por un código privado).

Lo que nunca hacemos: vender datos personales; mostrar publicidad; rastrearte entre aplicaciones; exigir cuenta para funciones que salvan vidas.

Retención y eliminación: las ubicaciones viven en tu dispositivo — al desinstalar se eliminan. Tokens, reportes y datos familiares del servidor se eliminan a solicitud al correo de contacto.

Menores: apta para todo público; no recolecta datos específicos de menores.
